We are looking for someone who

• is creative, open, and has a strong drive and commitment

• has knowledge of SFI and adult education

• has thoughts and ideas about the establishment of newcomers

• is a qualified SFI teacher or a certified teacher interested in teaching Swedish as a second language

Merit AB is a company run by educators. Approximately 80 teachers and coaches are employed at Merit, and we are currently active in Malmö, Landskrona, Helsingborg, Arlöv, and Växjö. Our various training programs have one overarching purpose - to prepare for and lead to employment. All efforts at Merit are based on each person's motivations, experiences, and competencies to encourage and accelerate learning. Merit conducts various types of training such as Work-oriented SFI, Occupational Swedish, Hotel Trainee, and Support and Matching.
